Path of Exile 3.28 introduces one of the most extensive item refreshes in recent updates. This patch expands the item ecosystem across multiple categories, including stackable currencies, skill gems, support gems, map fragments, incubators, divination cards, and new map types. At the same time, several long-standing items and map layouts have been removed or replaced, signaling a significant shift in how players interact with the economy, crafting systems, and endgame progression.
