1. Coverage Scope

U4N Buyer Protection applies in the following cases:

• Order Not Received: The buyer did not receive the product within the expected delivery time.
• Item Not as Described: The product delivered is significantly different from the item description shown on the product page.

If any of the above occurs, buyers may submit a dispute. U4N will mediate between the buyer and seller and process a refund or replacement based on the case details.

2. Exclusions from Coverage

U4N Buyer Protection does not apply in the following situations:

• The buyer has confirmed receipt and released payment.
• The buyer regrets the purchase for personal reasons.
• The transaction was made outside the U4N platform (offsite deals).
• Changes made by game developers or publishers after the transaction is completed.

3. Fraudulent Claims

Fraudulent claims are strictly prohibited. U4N reserves the right to:

• Deny buyer protection in cases of abuse;
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in false claims;
• Take legal action when necessary.

We are committed to maintaining a fair trading platform, and any abuse of the dispute system will result in penalties.

4. Confirming Receipt

Buyers should only confirm receipt after verifying that the item is accurate, functional, and matches the description. By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to release payment to the seller. Once confirmed, the transaction is considered complete and no further refunds will be processed.

5. Implied Acceptance

If no claim, issue, or complaint is submitted within 72 hours of delivery, the order will be considered accepted by the buyer. If payment has already been released to the seller, no refund will be issued.

6. Sales Contract Disclaimer

All purchases on U4N are considered contractual agreements between the buyer and the seller. U4N acts as a platform provider and may assist in dispute resolution, but is not legally responsible for the sales contract itself.

7. Dispute Response Time

In the event of a dispute, buyers must provide all required evidence and information within 48 hours. Failure to respond within the given time frame will result in the dispute being closed and considered resolved.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

U4N Buyer Protection does not cover cases involving payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through banks or payment processors. If such actions occur, U4N will cease its investigation and will no longer process refund requests.

9. Non-Warranty Disclaimer

U4N Buyer Protection is not a product warranty. It only ensures that sellers fulfill their delivery obligations through the platform. It does not guarantee the long-term performance, functionality, or usage of the product after delivery.
