PoE Cooldown Recovery Support Exceptional Gem Build Guide 3.28

PoE 3.28: Introduced Exceptional Support Gems, a new and improved version of Awakened Support Gems, which are being phased out. There are over 40 Exceptional Support Gems, which can be found in the Endgame.

Cooldown Recovery Support

Cooldown Recovery Support is an Exceptional Support Gem. Tag: Exceptional, Support. Level: 3 (Max). Cost & Reservation Multiplier: 150%. Requires Level 76, 52 Dex, 75 Int Supports skills that have a cooldown. Cannot modify the skill of minions. Supported Skills have 40% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate Flavour Text: "The science is... incomprenensible at best. Nearest I can tell, Arcana exhibits a blast of wrath once it has been fully charged, and when directed at the Elder will force it to take on the form it held before it entered our dimension." This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.

• Bosses within the Atlas can drop Astrolabes and Exceptional Support Gems

This Voidstone allows new Exceptional Support Gems to drop from many bosses across the Atlas.

The Labyrinth Gem craft

• The Labyrinth Gem craft outcome to exchange a Support Gem for its Awakened version has been removed.
• The Labyrinth Gem craft outcome to exchange a Support Gem for a random Exceptional Support Gem, instead now states you will receive a random Empower, Enlighten or Enhance Support Gem.

Bestiary

• The Beastcrafting recipe to increase the level of non-Corrupted Awakened Gem by 1 now adds 500m Experience to an Exceptional Support Gem.
• The Beastcrafting recipe to Reroll an Awakened Support Gem now sacrifices an Exceptional Support Gem for 3 high Level, high Quality Support Gems.
