1. Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how delivery is processed for products purchased on U4N.com (“the Platform”).
Since U4N primarily facilitates the trade of virtual goods, in-game items, game currency, and accounts, delivery refers to digital fulfillment and not physical shipment.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. Delivery Methods
U4N supports two primary fulfillment types:
(a) Virtual Goods (Items, Currency, Services)
- Delivery is completed in-game or through digital transmission (such as via in-game mail, trading interface, or gift function).
- The seller is responsible for initiating delivery after confirming payment.
- Buyers must ensure their in-game character name, server, and account details are accurate.
- Any loss due to incorrect information provided by the buyer is not the responsibility of U4N or the seller.
(b) Game Accounts
- For account transactions, sellers must assist buyers in completing ownership verification, binding changes, and security adjustments (e.g., phone number, email, or ID updates).
- Delivery is deemed complete once login access has been transferred and verified by the buyer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
(a) Fixed-Price Orders
- Delivery time varies by item type and seller availability.
- Most virtual items are delivered within 0–24 hours after payment.
- If delivery cannot be completed within 48 hours, buyers may request assistance from customer service.
(b) Auction or Custom Orders
- Delivery depends on the seller's response and stock availability.
- Buyers can track the status through the Order Details page.
- If the seller fails to deliver within the agreed time, the order may be canceled, and payment refunded.
(c) Game Account Orders
- Sellers must complete transfer procedures within 24 hours of payment unless otherwise specified.
- Failure to deliver within this period without valid reason may lead to automatic refund or penalties.
4. Confirmation of Receipt
Buyers must confirm receipt once they have successfully received the item, currency, or account.
If the buyer does not manually confirm, the system will auto-confirm after:
- 48 hours for virtual items
- 24 hours for virtual currency
- 72 hours for game accounts
Once auto-confirmed, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.
5. Delivery Evidence
To protect both buyers and sellers:
- Sellers should record a full video of the delivery process (e.g., trade window, chat log, or item transfer).
- Buyers are advised to record receipt confirmation.
- Only video evidence will be accepted in dispute resolution; screenshots are not valid proof.
6. Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your purchased goods:
- Contact the seller first to verify delivery.
- If no resolution is reached, contact U4N Customer Support within 48 hours and provide transaction evidence (order number, videos, chat records).
- The platform will investigate and, where appropriate, refund or compensate based on verified evidence.
7. Incorrect or Partial Delivery
If the delivered goods are incomplete or do not match the order:
- Buyers are eligible for a partial refund proportional to the missing or incorrect quantity.
- Repeated seller violations (false delivery or misrepresentation) may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
8. Risk Transfer
- For virtual items: The seller bears all risk until the buyer confirms receipt.
- After delivery and confirmation, ownership and associated risk transfer to the buyer.
- For account transactions, ownership transfer is effective upon successful login and account verification by the buyer.
9. Regional and Game-Specific Restrictions
- Some games or regions may have restrictions on item delivery or transfer methods.
- Sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of the respective game publisher.
- U4N is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by game maintenance, server issues, or developer restrictions.
10. Fraud and Security Protection
- All trades must occur within the U4N platform.
- Off-platform transactions (via WeChat, Alipay, or other tools) are not protected and may result in permanent account suspension.
- U4N reserves the right to freeze funds, cancel orders, or report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
11. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if:
- The seller fails to deliver within the specified timeframe.
- The delivered product does not match the description and the buyer provides valid evidence.
Refunds are not available for successful deliveries, user errors, or after auto-confirmation.

13. Governing Law
