Transaction fees are calculated on a tiered basis according to the cumulative transaction amount.The specific rules are as follows:
Tier 1: When the cumulative amount ≤ $1,300, Service Fee = Cumulative Amount × 0.1%
Tier 2: When the cumulative amount > $1,300, Service Fee = $1,300 × 0.1% + (Cumulative Amount - $1,300) × 5%
*Example: If a seller's cumulative transaction amount is $1,500,
the service fee would be calculated as follows: $1,300 × 0.1% + $200 × 5% = $1.3 + $10 = $11.3.
