Trading Guidelines
Why Was My Product Listing Rejected?
To ensure a fair and trustworthy marketplace, please upload accurate and genuine product information. Listings will be rejected under the following circumstances:
- A significant difference between the listed price and the actual transaction price.
- Use of the listing for advertising or redirecting users to external platforms.
- Images that do not match the item, or listings that only showcase "not for sale," "wanted," or "deposit-based" items.
- Seller notes indicating the item is for display only and not for sale.
- Bundled listings that violate policy — if you wish to sell items as a bundle, list the price based on the individual item’s market value and specify the bundle details in the remarks section.
Why Was My Order Canceled After I Placed It?
Once an item is added to your cart, you must complete payment within 24 hours. If another user makes payment before you do, your order will be canceled.
Note: For virtual currency orders, the payment window is limited to 2 minutes due to their time-sensitive nature.
What If the Item I Received Doesn’t Match the Description?
We strongly recommend recording a clear video of the item before shipping and another full video upon receipt and before confirming the order.
In the event of a dispute, only video evidence (images are not accepted) will be considered by customer service.
For orders containing multiple items, only the specific items with issues are eligible for return or refund.
What Should I Do If the Seller Refuses to Issue a Refund?
We recommend the buyer and seller first try to resolve the issue through direct communication.
If no agreement is reached, you may request customer service intervention. If the seller does not respond within the required time, the platform will step in and process a refund on the buyer's behalf where appropriate.
Why Haven’t I Received Payment After the Buyer Paid?
Funds will be released to the seller’s U4N account only after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item.
To check your account balance: go to "My Account" → "Balance".
Why Is My Withdrawal Delayed?
To ensure account security, large withdrawals may be subject to manual review. This can cause a short delay.
Please be patient — once approved, the funds will be deposited directly to your designated account.
What If the Buyer Doesn’t Confirm Receipt?
- For fixed-price virtual items, the platform will automatically confirm receipt 48 hours after the item is marked as shipped.
- For virtual currency orders, auto-confirmation occurs 24 hours after shipment.
What Is a “Delayed Receipt” Request?
In cases where the buyer is unable to receive the item within 10 days due to special circumstances, they may request a receipt delay 5 days after the seller has shipped the item.
Why Was My Order Locked?
When a dispute arises and customer support intervention is requested, the system will temporarily lock the order to prevent automatic confirmation during the investigation process.
What Is U4N's Secured Trading System?
U4N provides a fully secured trading experience. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt, ensuring a safe and transparent transaction for both parties.
Is It Safe to Trade Through WeChat or Other Private Channels?
No — it is not safe. If someone asks you to trade through WeChat, Alipay, or any third-party tools, please remain alert.
Transactions made outside the U4N platform are not protected, and the platform cannot assist with dispute resolution in such cases.
What If I Encounter Inappropriate or Offensive Behavior?
U4N is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful community. Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
If you encounter such behavior, please contact our customer support team. Depending on the severity, the account in question may be suspended or permanently banned.
What Is the Response Rate for Inquiries?
- Inquiry Response Rate refers to the percentage of new trade-related messages a user responds to within 24 hours, measured over the past 90 days.
What Counts as a New Trade Inquiry?
A “conversation” is defined as a series of consecutive messages between two users, where the time gap between any two messages is no more than 24 hours.
A new inquiry is counted when: User A sends a message to User B for the first time. Or, if 24+ hours have passed since the last exchange, and User A sends a new message — this is counted as a new inquiry to User B. Trade inquiries specifically include messages initiated from the following pages: Order details, User's profile → Items for Sale, Auction details, Fixed-price item pages.
How Is a Response Measured?
If User B replies to a new inquiry from User A within 24 hours of the first message, it is counted as a timely response.
Note: Only the recipient's response time is considered — the sender’s follow-up messages do not affect the sender’s own response rate.
