Before accessing or using this Platform, please read and understand these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and other related policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.
This Agreement is entered into between you and U4N and is legally binding upon you regarding your use of the Platform.
U4N reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement shall become effective immediately upon publication without prior notice and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
U4N is a third-party online platform that facilitates transactions of virtual goods and services. The Platform is not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers.
All listings, pricing, selling, and purchasing activities are the sole responsibility of the users. The Platform makes no representations regarding the authenticity, legality, safety, timely payment, or delivery of the goods or services listed.
The Platform may provide mediation in the event of disputes but shall not be held liable therefor.
A User refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
Registered Users must provide truthful, accurate, and valid information (such as name, email, and contact details) to create an account.
Each user may only register one account. Accounts and their associated information (such as usernames and passwords) may not be transferred, leased, or sold.
Users must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform with the consent of a legal guardian.
All user activities on the Platform must comply with the following rules:
Do not upload or publish any false, illegal, infringing, fraudulent, vulgar, harassing, violent, or discriminatory content;
Do not sell or promote any illegal or prohibited goods or services;
Do not send spam, malicious links, or viruses through the Platform;
Do not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or transfer any content or user data from the Platform;
Do not damage, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts.
Violations of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
All transactions are negotiated between buyers and sellers. The Platform only provides listing and payment facilitation tools.
Sellers must ensure that the goods or services they provide are genuine, legal, and deliverable. Buyers must ensure they have the financial ability to complete purchases.
The Platform shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from transactions (such as product quality, delayed delivery, or failed refunds).
Users are solely responsible for carefully assessing their trading counterparts, as the Platform does not verify the authenticity of every user.
The Platform charges sellers a commission based on the transaction amount. Please refer to the Seller Guide for details.
All applicable fees will be automatically deducted from the transaction amount upon settlement. U4N reserves the right to adjust its commission rates and fee policies at any time.
Users must ensure that their payment methods are valid. Any dispute arising from payment failures or overdue balances shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for any taxes incurred during transactions in accordance with applicable laws.
If a user is found to have violated this Agreement, disrupted platform order, committed fraud, or received abnormal complaints, U4N has the right to, without prior notice:
Temporarily or perpetually freeze the account;
Restrict transaction privileges;
Request additional identity verification or security deposits.
Terminated accounts may not re-register on the Platform.
All content on the U4N Platform (including but not limited to page design, text, images, logos, programs, and databases) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and belongs to U4N.
Without written permission from U4N, users may not copy, distribute, edit, or sell any Platform content.
By posting content on the Platform, users grant U4N a worldwide, permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for promotion, display, and other lawful purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
The authenticity, quality, or legality of listed goods or services;
The ability of either party to fulfill their transaction obligations;
Disputes, losses, or infringement between users;
Service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., server failures, network outages, natural disasters).
Users assume full responsibility and risk for any activities conducted on the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the location of the Platform.
