Complete each of the following Mirage encounters.

  • Enter a Mirage: After choosing your Wish, use the portal provided by Varashta to enter the Astral Realm. This is a "mirage" version of the current map area containing duplicated monsters and mechanics.
  • Break the Astral Chain in a Mirage: Once inside the Astral Realm, fight your way through the monsters and astral hazards to find the tether (Astral Chain) holding the Djinn's soul. This challenge requires you to engage with the core Mirage league mechanic in every zone.

  • Choose Wishes (0/5).  Select the "Wish" option 5 times when encountering a freed Djinn.
  • Defeat Rare Monsters in Mirages (0/10): Kill 10 Rare monsters within the special "Mirage" areas, which often appear as intensified, alternate versions of your current map.
  • Break the Astral Chain in Mirages (0/15). Locate and destroy the "Astral Chain" binding the Djinn in 15 different Mirage encounters.

You can find these encounters by mapping, where Mirage areas appear, often requiring you to fight through monsters to reach the trapped Djinn.

7. Act Adversaries II(5)

Defeat each of the following Act Bosses.

  • Act 6: Tsoagoth, The Brine King. Location: The Brine King's Reef (at the end of the act).

  • Monastery of the Keepers: Keepers of the Flame as a Core League. You now encounter Ailith for the first time at the Mud Flats entrance in the Coast in Act 6, where she will enlist your aid in the fight against the Hiveborn.

9. Added Accessories(3)

Complete any three of the following League Mechanic encounters the specified number of times.

  • Defeat Monsters with Essence (0/30): you must find and defeat 30 monsters frozen in Essence monoliths across various areas or maps. Clicking the frozen monster three times releases it, spawning a tough, empowered rare enemy that drops essences upon death.
  • Open Strongboxes (0/30): you need to find and activate 30 strongboxes across your maps or campaign zones.
  • Activate Shrines (0/30): Activating 30 shrines is a common challenge. To complete this, you must find shrines in maps or campaign zones and click them to gain their buffs.
  • Defeat Possessed Monsters (0/30): you need to kill 30 rare or unique monsters that are empowered by a Tormented Spirit.
  • Defeat Rogue Exiles (0/30): you need to encounter and kill 30 unique Rogue Exiles. These are NPC enemies that mimic player characters, using specific skill gems and unique items.
  • Defeat Rare Beyond Monsters (0/30): you must kill 30 Beyond demons that have the Rare (yellow-named) tag.

10. Atlas Additions(5)

Complete any five of the following League Mechanic encounters the specified number of times.

  • Complete Abysses (0/30): Abyss Scarab + Abyss Atlas tree. It involves finding and finishing the abyssal cracks and pits that appear in maps. How to "Complete" an Abyss: Follow the cracks in the ground, killing the spawning monsters until the abyss stops moving and creates a chest or a hole leading to the Abyssal Depths. If a hole appears, enter it, fight through the, and kill the Lich boss at the end to ensure the challenge counts. Abysses are considered complete once they have spawned their final, rewarding chest.
  • Complete Expeditions (0/30): Expedition Scarab + Expedition Atlas tree. It involves placing explosives to unearth monsters and chests within maps to earn various currencies, including Logbooks and runic splinters. Focus your explosions on "Runic Monsters" (larger, specialized mobs) and "Excavated Chests" (indicated by swirly symbols), as these provide the best loot and are necessary for the challenge. Before placing your explosives, check the modifiers on the stone remnants. Target remnants that increase Logbook drops or rare monster counts to maximize efficiency. Tips: Clear the map first to avoid unexpected deaths, then place your explosives to maximize coverage of the target areas.
  • Complete Harvest Plots (0/100): Harvest Scarab + Harvest Atlas tree. It requires running 100 encounters within The Sacred Grove, which is accessed via maps. Use the Crop Rotation keystone. This makes it a mini-game where you harvest lower-value crops (purple/blue) first to increase the yield of higher-value crops (yellow). Optimal Clicking Order: Generally, click purple or blue plots first, and yellow plots last.
  • Complete Legion Encounters (0/30): Legion Scarab + Legion Atlas tree. It requires finding and interacting with Timeless Monoliths in maps. Find a Timeless Monolith in a map, click it, and break as many frozen enemies as possible within the ~15-second timer. Once the timer expires, the enemies will spawn, and you must defeat them. Monoliths appear in roughly 8% of zones, but this can be increased significantly using Atlas passive skills, map device options, and Scarabs.
  • Open Smuggler's Caches (0/30): Heist Atlas tree. There are no heist scarabs. Smuggler's Caches appear as small, yellow-ish crates that spawn minions when opened. The challenge is often completed while mapping, but it requires around 30-90 maps without direct passive/map device investment.
  • Pass through Mirrors of Delirium (0/30): Delirium Scarab + Delirium Atlas tree. You must encounter and trigger the Delirium fog 30 times. Mirrors of Delirium appear randomly in acts or maps, usually near the entrance of a zone. Activate: Walk through the center of the mirror to trigger the grey fog. Speed is Key: The fog lasts for about 60 seconds.
  • Complete Ultimatum Waves (0/200): Ultimatum Scarab + Ultimatum Atlas tree. you must finish 200 individual rounds of Ultimatum encounters across your maps. These encounters involve surviving, standing in stone circles, protecting the altar, or defeating waves of monsters. Avoid Deadly Mods: Do not take modifiers that make you take "Ruin" stacks, as 7 stacks will instantly fail the encounter. Defensive Layers: Ensure your build has chaos resistance and can handle reflect or, at minimum, has damage/ailment immunity.
Speed is Key: If you only need to complete the 200 waves (and not farm currency), focus on finishing 3-5 waves quickly rather than trying for 10 every time. Ignore Delirium: Do not run Ultimatum inside a Delirium fog, as it makes the monsters significantly harder.
  • Complete Blights (0/30): Blight Scarab + Blight Atlas tree + or Blighted Maps. It involves finishing 30 Fungal Growth encounters found in maps, or running 30 Blighted/Blight-Ravaged maps. Use ring anointments (e.g., Freeze/Stun towers) for easy wins, and utilize Blight scarabs to guarantee encounters. Focus on enclosed map layouts for better rewards. Encounters in Maps: Locate a Fungal Growth (approx. 8% base chance) in regular maps and complete it by protecting the pump. Blighted Maps: Run 30 Blighted or Blight-Ravaged maps. Anoint maps with Amber Oils to reduce tower costs for easier completion.
  • Complete Rituals (0/100): Ritual Scarab + Ritual Atlas tree.
  • Complete Ore Deposit Encounters (0/30): Kalguuran Scarab + Settlers of Kalguur Atlas Tree. Ore Deposit Encounters are the core mechanic for gathering resources in the Settlers of Kalguur (and later integrated) league content to build and upgrade the town of Kingsmarch.
  • Complete Unstable Breaches or Hives (0/30): Breach Scarab + Breach Atlas tree. Keepers of the Flame as a Core League. Breach Hives and Unstable Breaches now spawn in areas from Act 6 Mud Flats onwards. "Unstable Breaches" and "Breach Hives" are the revamped core breach mechanics. Unstable Breaches: These behave like traditional breaches, featuring a monster-slaying progress bar. A dual bar appears; filling the second bar (killing monsters quickly) stabilizes the breach, often spawning rare monsters or a mini-boss (Vruun). Breach Hives: These are defensive encounters where you must protect an NPC named Ailith from waves of monsters. They involve destroying walls and managing 24 waves in a "Blight-like" format, often yielding higher rewards like Womb Gifts.

11. Master Missives(2)

Complete any two of the following Master Mission encounters in Tier 11 or higher Maps the specified number of times.

  • Niko Missions (0/30): Sulphite Scarab. Just click the three Volaxici Sulphite veins; you don't need to run the Delve.
  • Einhar Missions (0/30): Bestiary Scarab. Kill all the yellow/red beasts in the map.
  • Jun Missions (0/30): Betrayal Scarab. Complete all Syndicate encounters (usually 3 per map). Be sure to choose an option (Execute, Bargain, etc.) for each member to "complete" the encounter.
  • Alva Missions (0/30): Incursion Scarab. Complete all three Incursion rooms (Time Architect encounters) in the map.

The most direct way is to click the Master’s icon on your Map Device before starting a Tier 11+ map.

How to get missions: You earn one mission for each Master daily (resetting at 00:00 UTC) based on the tier of the last map you completed. You also have a 35% chance to gain a random Master mission upon killing a Map Boss.

If you've run out of daily missions, you can force Masters to appear using Scarabs.

Atlas Passive Tree (Sustaining Missions) . If you want to complete this while naturally progressing, spec into the "Master" nodes on the Atlas tree. Probability Nodes: Look for clusters that increase the chance to receive a specific Master's mission on boss kill (e.g., madness for Niko, hunt for Einhar). Mission Generation: There are nodes in the center of the tree that increase the chance of gaining a mission reward when you finish a map.

Kirac Missions (Freebies). Check your Kirac Missions. If Kirac offers a Tier 11+ map with an objective like "Complete the Trial of Ascendancy" or "Slay the Corrupted Boss," check if a Master is naturally present in that map. Completing the Master's objective inside a Kirac map does count toward the challenge.

12. Sacred Sigils(3)

Choose Wishes with the following Djinn Sigils the specified number of times.

  • Sigil of Navira (0/50): Choose the Navira wish. Navira is the Ice/Water Djinn, specializing in cold damage, mana regen, and shields.
  • Sigil of Kelari (0/50): Choose the Kelari wish. Kelari is the Sand Djinn, focusing on critical strike weakness, damage over time, and armor break.
  • Sigil of Ruzhan (0/50): Choose the Ruzhan wish. Ruzhan is the Fire Djinn, specializing in fire spells and direct damage.

13. Cartographer's Courage(16)

Complete a Rare Map of each Tier.

  • Tier 1
  • Tier 2
  • Tier 3
  • Tier 4
  • Tier 5
  • Tier 6
  • Tier 7
  • Tier 8
  • Tier 9
  • Tier 10
  • Tier 11
  • Tier 12
  • Tier 13
  • Tier 14
  • Tier 15
  • Tier 16

It requires you to select specific Djinn Wishes (linked to Navira, Kelari, and Ruzhan) 50 times each during Mirage league encounters. These wishes modify the map, allowing you to earn special, high-value currency from monsters and chests.

Completion: Run rare maps (using Orb of Alchemy) for tiers 1-5 (White), 6-10 (Yellow), and 11-16 (Red). Progression: Use Kirac missions to purchase missing map tiers. Efficiency: Utilize the 3-to-1 vendor recipe to trade lower-tier maps for higher-tier maps if necessary. Atlas Tree: Focus on passive nodes that increase map drops, map tiers, and league mechanic encounters to sustain high-tier map progression.

14. Crafting Craze(15)

Use any 15 of the following Currency items the specified number of times. Crafting Bench options also count towards this challenge.

  • Orb of Transmutation (0/40): Upgrades a normal item to a magic item
  • Orb of Augmentation (0/30): Augments a magic item with a new random modifier
  • Orb of Alteration (0/20): Reforges a magic item with new random modifiers
  • Orb of Chance (0/20): Upgrades a normal item to a random rarity
  • Orb of Alchemy (0/20): Upgrades a normal item to a rare item
  • Orb of Scouring (0/30): Removes all modifiers from an item
  • Orb of Fusing (0/20): Reforges the links between sockets on an item

  • Sacred Orb: Randomises the numeric values of base defences on an armour
  • Enkindling or Instilling Orb (0/20). Enkindling Orb: Adds an enchantment to a utility flask that will improve it but prevent it from gaining charges during its effect, Replaces any existing enchantment. Instilling Orb: Adds an enchantment to a utility flask that will cause it to be used when certain conditions are met, Replaces any existing enchantment.
  • Orb of Regret (0/20): Grants a passive skill refund point
  • Orb of Unmaking (0/20): Grants an atlas passive skill refund point

15. Maniacal Monsters(200)

Defeat 200 Map Bosses in Rare Maps while they have at least have 80% Item Quantity.

To achieve 80% Item Quantity, you must use Vaal Orbs to corrupt maps, or use combinations of high-tier mods, and ensure the map is Rare.

  • Map Rolling: Use a large pool of red maps (Tier 11+). Use Orbs of Alchemy, then Chaos Orbs or Vaal Orbs to reach 80%+ Item Quantity.
  • Map Choice: Choose maps with quick, easy-to-reach bosses to speed up completion (e.g., City Square, Burial Chambers, Promenade).
  • Boss Rushing: Once the criteria is met (80%+ IIQ), run directly to the boss, kill it, and leave to efficiently stack completions.
  • Sustaining Maps: Use Atlas Passive nodes that improve map drops or provide bonus map boss drops to maintain your pool of high-IIQ maps.

16. Deadly Deeds(5)

Complete any five of the following encounters while the area level is 81 or higher if possible the specified number of times.

  • Abyssal Depths (0/5). It requires players to encounter and defeat the Lich boss within 5 separate Abyssal Depths. Locate Abysses: You can find these randomly in maps or guarantee them using Abyss Scarabs or the Atlas Passive Tree. Trigger the Depths: Follow the Abyssal crack to the end. In high-level maps, there is a chance it will spawn an entrance to the Abyssal Depths instead of an Abyssal Trove. Complete the Instance: Enter the depths and defeat the monsters or the boss (Abyssal Lich) at the end to gain credit for the challenge.
  • Logbooks with at least 10 Remnants active (0/5). Chain the explosives to hit at least 10 remnants, and ensure you run high-level, well-rolled, or high-density maps to guarantee enough remnants are available. Area Level Matters: Only Logbooks of area level 81 or higher guarantee credit. Chain 10+ Remnants: The explosion path must include at least 10 Remnants before the final explosion. Targeted Farming: Use Tujen or Dannig logbooks to ensure high density. Modifiers: Use Blessed Orbs to re-roll, increasing the number of remnants or explosion radius if necessary. Strategy: Prioritize uncovering remnants that increase logbook drops, and ensure they are all active during the encounter.
  • Tier 4 Harvest Seeds (0/5): A T4 seed always spawns one of three specific bosses: Janaar, the Omen (Blue - Wild), Namharim, Born of Night (Purple - Vivid), Ersi, Mother of Thorns (Yellow - Primal). They are very rare, often with a spawn rate reported around 1% or less in recent leagues, though this can be influenced by atlas passives. To increase your chances of finding T4 seeds (0/5), you should focus on the Atlas Passive Tree and map modifiers: Harvest Nodes: Allocate passive points for "Harvest Crops have #% increased chance to contain a Tier 4 plant". Boss Nodes: Use the "Heart of the Grove" node to increase the chance of encountering Oshabi, which is related to T4 boss encounters. Pack Size: Higher map quantity and pack size increase the likelihood of special encounters, including T4 plants. Scarabs: Use Harvest Scarabs to guarantee the appearance of the Grove in your maps.
  • Domains of Timeless Conflict with at least 25 rewards (0/3): you must use 5 different emblems in the Map Device and play a high-damage, fast-clearing build capable of triggering the elite mob respawn (resetting) frequently. Consistent loot requires killing the boss and surrounding mobs to spawn new reward tiles within the limited timer. The 5th map device slot must be unlocked, usually via T17 maps or Maven's Invitation. Emblems: 5 Different Emblems (Karui, Maraketh, Templar, Vaal, Eternal) to maximize the reward bar capacity. Method: Clear the map quickly to spawn the boss in the center. Kill the boss, then clear the sides, and return to the center to reset, spawning more monsters with rewards. Build: High-speed, high-AoE (Area of Effect) damage required to clear 25+ rewards before the timer expires.
  • Blueprints with 4 revealed wings (0/5): you must use Whakano, Niles, or Gianna in the Rogue Harbour to reveal all four wings on a 4-wing Grand Heist blueprint. Blueprints usually drop with only 1 wing revealed, requiring additional reveals for all four. Acquire 4-Wing Blueprints: Look for Blueprints in your stash that have 4 potential wings (usually found in high-level areas). Obtain Reveals: Run normal Heist Contracts, specifically using Gianna (highest discount) or Niles to gain reveal points. Reveal Wings: Visit Whakano (or the rogues) in the Rogue Harbour, select the blueprint, and use reveal points to unlock all 4 wings.
  • Simulacrum Waves (0/60): Waves & Difficulty: The encounter consists of 30 waves, with difficulty ramping up significantly, particularly in the final waves (25–30), where boss encounters become intense. Rewards: The primary goal is to reach wave 30 for the best rewards, which include specialized Cluster Jewels, Megalomaniac jewels, and unique items. Best Strategy: High-density monster spawning requires builds with fast clear speed, high Damage over Time (DoT) or high-damage AOE, and strong, consistent damage mitigation.
  • Fully Completed Ultimatums (0/10): You must successfully finish the final wave (typically Wave 10). Avoid Failure: An Ultimatum is considered failed if you die, leave the circle for too long, or reach 7 stacks of Ruin. Modifier Selection: Always pick modifiers your build can ignore. If you have low movement, avoid "Stormcaller Runes"; if you rely on recovery, avoid "Reduced Recovery".
  • Blighted or Blight Ravaged Maps (0/5): Blighted maps are specialized maps focused entirely on a large-scale Blight encounter where you defend a Purification Pump from waves of monsters. Blight-Ravaged maps are significantly more difficult versions that feature faster, higher-health monsters and bosses.
  • All Rituals in Maps with at least one Blood-filled Vessel applied (0/10): run 10 maps with at least one Blood-filled Vessel (created by using a Ritual Vessel on a completed Ritual altar)placed in the Map Device alongside your map. The vessel adds extra monsters, increases difficulty, and boosts rewards. Using multiple vessels in one map still only counts as one map toward the challenge total.
  • Claim rewards from Rare Maps successfully completed by your Atlas Runners (0/30). Settlers league mechanics. you must collect rewards from 30 separate missions where your Atlas Runners (from the Settlers-derived mechanic) have successfully completed Rare maps, specifically Tier 16 or higher. Ensure your runners are assigned high-tier maps and click to claim their rewards once they return to progress the counter. Action: Click the "Claim Reward" button in the Atlas Runners UI after they finish. Assign workers to become Atlas Runners using a Kalguuran Map Device, who attempt to clear a queue of maps while you complete other tasks and farm loot for you. Maps may become only partially completed, resulting in reduced loot. Maximising expected map completion % appears to have the greatest impact on the rewards received. The estimated map completion percentage and chance of a worker dying depends on the map's tier and modifiers and the total Mapping level of your assigned workers. The queue is paused if a worker dies. On average, a team of six Rank 5 Atlas Runners can clear Tier 17 maps most of the time.
  • Complete Hive Fortresses or Defeat Breach Marshals (0/10). Breach mechanics. Hive Fortresses are rare Breach encounters where you must defend an NPC, Ailith, from 24 waves of enemies. How to Spawn: Use a Breach Scarab of the Hive (or similar "Hive" scarabs) to guarantee a Breach Hive spawns in your map. Defense Phase: Protect Ailith by staying near her, but not directly on top of her, to prevent projectiles meant for you from hitting her. Use the environment's special abilities, such as shields or bombardments, during the final waves (21–24) when the intensity is highest. Completion Requirement: You must successfully escape after the waves are finished. A pulse will begin damaging the area, and most paths will be blocked by spectral hands. Check your minimap for hand icons to find the one open path back to the entrance. Breach Marshals are powerful unique monsters that can appear within standard Breaches. How to Spawn: Use a Breach Scarab of the Marshal (formerly Scarab of Lordship) to ensure a Breach Marshal spawns in your maps. Strategy: These are generally faster to complete than Hive Fortresses. Simply open the Breach and defeat the unique Marshal that spawns inside.

17. Empowered Encounters(4)

  • Complete Abysses (0/15). • Open Smuggler's Caches (0/15). Smuggler's Cache Duplication: When a Mirage portal spawns near a Smuggler's Cache, that cache (along with any surrounding monsters) is duplicated inside the Mirage dimension. This allows you to double the number of Contracts, Blueprints, and Rogue's Markers you receive from a single encounter.
  • Pass through Mirrors of Delirium (0/15). Can drop a Refracting Fog
  • Complete Ultimatum Waves (0/50). Can reward Sinistral Catalyst or Dextral Catalyst instead of regular Catalysts
  • Complete Blights (0/15). Completing a Mirage reward lane successfully can cause the Blight pump to sometimes drop a Cord Belt
  • Complete Rituals (0/25). Rituals within a Mirage zone will compensate for missing altars by applying a multiplier to Favor based on the number of altars that did not spawn (e.g., 3x for 2 missing). Ritual can offer the following corpse items: Imperfect Astral Lich, Astral Lich, Perfect Astral Lich, Imperfect Conjuror of Rot, Conjuror of Rot, Perfect Conjuror of Rot, Imperfect Adherent of Zarokh, Adherent of Zarokh, Perfect Adherent of Zarokh
  • Complete Ore Deposit Encounters (0/15). Can be replaced by a "Thaumaturgic Hourglass". Completing the Thaumaturgic Hourglass encounter rewards Thaumaturgic Dust
  • Complete Unstable Breaches or Hives (0/15)

The PoE 3.28 Mirage league mechanic centers on exploring mirrored, twisted versions of map areas accessed via portals. These zones duplicate, modify, and enhance existing league mechanics like Strongboxes, Shrines, and Breaches. Key interactions include special rewards, modified mechanics, and unique boss encounters, such as map bosses in Mirage areas potentially dropping a "Miraged Map".

  • Use the Ascendancy Device in the Merciless Labyrinth: Requirement: Complete the Cruel Labyrinth and the 3 Trials found in Acts 8, 9, and 10. Recommended Level: Approximately level 50+. Goal: Complete the Labyrinth and interact with the Altar for another 2 points.
  • Use the Ascendancy Device in the Eternal Labyrinth: Requirement: Complete the Merciless Labyrinth and obtain an Offering to the Goddess. Access: Use the Offering in the Map Device or the Aspirant's Plaza. Recommended Level: Level 60-75+. Goal: Complete the final difficulty for your last 2 Ascendancy points (8 total).
  • Gain a Bloodline Class: Bloodline Ascendancy Classes are secondary ascendancy classes. They allow you to pair a standard class ascendancy with one of ten specialized "Bloodlines" by defeating specific endgame bosses. Unlock Method: Defeat the corresponding endgame boss and interact with the Bloodline Altar that spawns in the arena. Shared Points: Bloodlines do not grant extra skill points. Instead, you share your 8 Ascendancy Points between your primary tree and the Bloodline tree. Universal Access: Any character class (e.g., Witch, Marauder) can use any of the ten Bloodline classes. Per-Character: Unlocks are specific to each character and do not carry over to other characters in the league.

19. Potent Premonitions(3)

Turn in Divination Cards which specifically grant each of the following reward types the specified number of times.

20. Peddler's Produce II(4)

Complete vendor recipes to receive each of the following items. A vendor recipe is when you trade a specific combination of items to a vendor, not when you buy items from their purchase screen.

  • Unique Item
  • Orb of Fusing: Six-Link (6L) Recipe: Any 6-linked weapon or armor gives 20 Orbs of Fusing.
  • Regal Orb: full set of rares with item levels 75 to 100.
  • Item with Influence: 1x Astrolabe Amulet + 1x red skill gem + 1x green skill gem + 1x blue skill gem. Outcome: 1x Double-influenced Onyx Amulet. Another vendor recipe: 3-for-1 Recipe: Trading 3 of the same Influenced Unique Item will return a new, uncorrupted version of that unique with the same influence but rerolled explicit modifiers.

21. Lethal Leaders(6)

Defeat any six of the following Bosses while they are at least level 80.

  • Uber Atziri. To face Uber Atziri, you must place four Mortal Fragments in the Map Device: Mortal Grief, Mortal Rage, Mortal Hope, Mortal Ignorance(These are obtained as rare drops from the standard Atziri fight in The Apex of Sacrifice.) Passive Reflect: Atziri has a built-in 100% damage reflection. You need 100% reduced reflected damage (via Sibyl's Lament, Soul of Yugul pantheon, or masteries) to survive. Mirror Phase: When Atziri reaches certain health thresholds, she splits into four copies. Do not attack the one holding the mirror, as it reflects even more damage. Flameblasts & Storm Calls: She casts massive yellow Flameblasts and Storm Calls that can easily one-shot most builds. Movement is critical. The Trio: Before fighting Atziri, you must defeat the Vaal Trio. It is generally recommended to kill A'alai (the woman who rains arrows) first to avoid her high-damage attacks.
  • Izaro. Fighting level 80 (Eternal/Uber) Izaro requires maxing elemental resistances (75%+), having 4,000+ HP, and utilizing a movement skill (e.g., Flame Dash) to avoid heavily telegraphed, massive physical attacks. Key mechanics include destroying Charge Disruptors or Golems to prevent him from gaining permanent buffs.
  • Abyssal Lich. The Lightless are led by several powerful Lich Lords, or Abyssal Liches, that reside deep underground. Amanamu, Liege of the Lightless - Encountered as a boss in the Abyssal Depths. Ulaman, Sovereign of the Well - Encountered as a boss in the Abyssal Depths. Note for completing league challenges : Only Amanamu and Ulaman are considered as Abyssal Liches for the purpose of league challenges as they are the two bosses released during the Abyss league and directly link to Abyss mechanic, even Kurgal is also an Abyssal Lich according to lore.
  • Omnitect. To defeat the Vaal Omnitect, the final boss of the Temple of Atzoatl, you must navigate three distinct health phases while managing room-specific augmentations and avoiding a deadly stacking debuff. The Temple of Atzoatl: To challenge The Vaal Omnitect players need to complete 12 temporal incursions, which Alva, Master Explorer will offer in areas or maps. The topmost room needs either to be connected to the room on the bottom of the pyramid or players must make use of Flashpowder Keg from an Explosives Room.
  • Vox Twins: Vic Vox, Vinny Vox. Defeating the Vox Twins (Vic and Vinny) requires completing all of Kurai's green quest contracts, after which the unique "The Twins" contract can drop from high-tier mapping Smuggler's Caches. The fight involves managing fire/frost hazards, switching targets every 25% health loss, and handling an enraged survivor after one dies. Acquisition: Ensure all of Kurai’s green, quest-line contracts are completed to make The Twins contract drop. Fight Mechanics: Vic and Vinny alternate between melee and ranged attacks, switching positions every 25% of life lost. Tips: Focus on lowering both of their health evenly, or, alternatively, focus on damaging one boss down quickly while managing their block.
  • K'tash, Ghorr or Beidat. These Beyond bosses are referred to as the three Demon Lords by Sister Divinia. Both Divinia and the Last to Die claim that Beidat (and other Pale monsters) are blind and appear capable of communication with humans, and feed off of human fear. K'tash appears to be more of a hivemind for the Demonic faction, whereas Ghorr and the Flesh faction appear to be purely driven by the desire to eat. Beyond bosses have a significantly increased bonus to tainted currency item drops.
  • Medved, Vorana or Uhtred. To defeat the Expedition bosses Medved, Vorana, or Uhtred in Path of Exile, you must first find them within Expedition Logbooks and then master their specific mechanical encounters. For example: Medved, Feller of Heroes is a boss that can only appear inside Expedition Logbook areas with area level 68+ marked with Druids of the Broken Circle AND the implicit Area contains Medved, Feller of Heroes. There is a chance that this boss spawns in areas with the Druids of the Broken Circle but without the implicit, however.
  • The Black Knight, Admiral Valerius or Sasan. 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur bosses. The Black Knight: Appears in maps with ore, replacing an ore node. Focus on dodging his Whirling Blades and dash attacks. The hardest challenge is avoiding his Verisium Laser phase, which requires hiding behind pillars. Admiral Valerius: Encountered by defending shipments in Kingsmarch. He uses a dash, a "Depths Crush" anchor attack, and cannon fire. At 66% and 33% health, he gains a shield and uses moving water waves; staying behind him or using mobility skills like Frostblink helps. Sasan, Bandit Lord: Appears when he kidnaps your Atlas Runners. He is considered the rarest of the three and has difficult-to-dodge mechanics, making his fight challenging.

25. Glorious Gemcraft(3)

Complete any three of the following Gem tasks.

  • Corrupt a gem to become either level 21 or 23% quality. Using a Vaal Orb on a level 20 gem has a chance to increase its level to 21 or its quality up to 23%. It cannot do both at once. For a 21/23 gem, use the Locus of Corruption (T3 Gem Room) in Alva’s Temple.
  • Use Gemcutter's Prisms (0/40): Improves the quality of a gem.
  • Have a total of 300% quality on all socketed gems. Total Sockets: Most characters have between 20 and 24 sockets available across their gear (Helmet, Gloves, Boots, Body Armour, and Weapons). Target Quality: You only need an average of roughly 13–15% quality per gem if you utilize all 24 sockets. If you use standard 20% quality gems, you only need 15 gems total to hit the mark. Unique Items: Items like Dialla's Malefaction(Gems Socketed in Green Sockets have +30% to Quality) or Ashes of the Stars(+30% to Quality of all Skill Gems) can significantly boost the quality of socketed gems, though the challenge specifically tracks the gem's quality value.
  • Level an Exceptional Gem to level 3. Exceptional support gems serve as more powerful versions of regular support gems with new, transformative effects. They are the successor to awakened support gems. Exceptional support gems have a maximum gem level of 3 (4 for Awakened Empower, Awakened Enhance, and Awakened Enlighten) and require much more experience to level. They generally have a higher level and stat requirement. Corruption outcomes are the same as other regular support gems. They cannot gain quality through the Level 20 support gem vendor recipe.
