PoE 2 Shift+Ctrl+Click Verisium Removal Bug

Grinding Gear Games has officially acknowledged a bug where utilizing the Shift+Ctrl+Left Click bulk-buy shortcut at a vendor deletes your raw Verisium stockpile. This issue specifically occurs when players attempt to purchase Liquid Verisium from a vendor. Instead of processing a standard bulk purchase, the game consumes your entire stack of raw Verisium (losses of up to 120,000+ have been reported by players) but only grants a single piece of Liquid Verisium in return.

Immediate Workarounds

  • Avoid Bulk-Buying Modifiers: Do not use the Shift+Ctrl+Left Click combo on any Verisium-related vendor transactions until an official hotfix is deployed.
  • Single Click Transactions: Safely convert your materials by clicking them individually or using standard, smaller stack splits.
  • Follow Official Updates: Grinding Gear Games has stated on their Official Path of Exile X Account that they are actively investigating the issue and working on a permanent fix.

Please note that per standard developer policy for severe interface bugs, automated item or PoE 2 currency restoration is highly unlikely. If you have been affected, you can submit your details directly to the Path of Exile Bug Reports Forum to assist the developers with tracking data.
