The June Spotlight Program – Drop 1 Strategies & Tips

To beat the June Spotlight Program – Drop 1 quickly and get those new cards, you need to use your time wisely. Follow this strategic blueprint to maximize your progress.

Start with Moments

Always do the program Moments first.

  • These are short, single-player challenges based on real-life player feats.
  • They are very easy, take only a few minutes, and give you initial program points.
  • Completing these will often give you your first free player card from the program path.

Complete Stat Missions in 3-Inning Games

The player drop missions in this program are stat-based (like hitting a certain number of home runs or getting strikeouts) rather than Parallel XP (PXP) based.

  • Load up Mini Seasons or Conquest maps.
  • Do not play full 9-inning games against the CPU. Stick to 3-inning games to rack up stats quickly and keep games short.
  • As soon as you unlock new program players like Roki Sasaki or Gage Jump, put them straight into your active lineup to complete their specific player stat missions.

Maximize Repeatable PXP

The program includes a highly efficient repeatable mission.

  • You get bonus program points for every 500 PXP you earn with your Drop 1 players.
  • Keep a consistent squad of these players so you do not reset your PXP progress.
  • Remember that PXP does not track overflow mid-game. Short 3-inning games ensure you hit the 500 PXP cap precisely without wasting extra points.

Stack with Multiplayer 4 Missions

If you enjoy playing online, you can knock out multiple grinds at once.

  • Battle Royale (BR) mode features easier individual card missions that can be completed quickly.
  • Combine these with the Multiplayer 4 Program missions, which simply require playing games in any online mode. This lets you advance both reward paths at the exact same time.
