The Norikura Skyline is located in the Sotoyama region, which is the snowy mountain area on the map. You can spot it near the winding mountain roads and Touge race routes.

To find it, open your map and head toward the mountain section in Sotoyama. The exact area is connected to a Touge event called Norikura Skyline.
As shown on the map screen, the route sits high in the snowy mountains and features a long downhill section filled with tight corners and fast straights.
You do not need to complete a long quest chain or hidden mission. Simply:
Go to the Sotoyama region.

The game also places a Touge race event directly at the location, which makes it easier to confirm you are in the correct spot.

Once you reach the Norikura Skyline area, the discovery unlock is very straightforward. You only need to open the map, travel to the Sotoyama region, and drive to the Norikura Skyline Touge race marker. As soon as you enter the road section, the game should automatically register the discovery challenge. Since there is also an official Touge event placed directly at the location, it is easy to confirm that you are in the correct area. Many players also use this mountain route for drifting, Touge races, and fast credit farming, making it a solid spot to revisit if you are grinding Forza Horizon 6 credits for new cars and upgrades.
Norikura Skyline is a Touge event. That means the route focuses heavily on:
The race restriction shown in the event is S1 800, so bringing a balanced AWD or grip-focused build works best here.
Some good car choices include:
Because the road is narrow and snowy in some sections, cars with stable handling usually perform better than pure top-speed builds.
A lot of players head to Norikura Skyline for more than just the discovery challenge. The route is also one of the better Touge-style roads in FH6 thanks to its elevation changes and long drifting corners.
