Continue ShoppingIn Aion 2, dungeon runs aren't just about skill and gear—they're also about managing Odell energy, the stamina-based system that controls how many rewards you can claim each day or week. Understanding this system is key to farming efficiently, earning Kinah, and getting the best gear.
Odell energy doesn't stop you from entering dungeons, but it does control whether you can open the Odell Cube at the end. Each boss cube costs 40 energy, so running a dungeon without enough energy means no reward, no matter how well you perform.
Both normal dungeons and Transcendence dungeons pull from the same energy pool. Running one type of dungeon depletes the energy available for the other, so plan carefully.
Odell energy acts as a time gate. You can't just spam the highest-level dungeons every day. This forces players to think about which content to prioritize, balancing daily, weekly, and special event dungeons.
Odell energy regenerates 15 energy every 3 hours, but this pace is often slow. Many players find themselves needing energy stones or shop items to maintain consistent dungeon runs.
For top-tier gear, such as Conquest or Transcendence dungeon rewards, it's best to prioritize energy on these runs. Spend wisely and avoid using energy on low-reward content if your goal is late-game progression.

Players can farm Epher to craft energy-restoring items. Each stone restores 40 energy, and crafting is limited to 7 stones per week. These stones are essential for hitting your weekly dungeon targets without spending real money.
The Wind Breeze Merchant offers energy stones for subscribers. Paying players can grab additional energy when needed, helping maintain a steady dungeon farming schedule.
Transcendence dungeons provide the highest value drops, so energy should be used here first. Normal dungeons can be done later if energy allows, but they are less efficient for late-game progression.
Many players create an “alt army”. Each character has its own energy pool, letting you farm Kinah and materials across multiple accounts. This strategy maximizes overall progression and supports your main character's gear.
Subscribers get perks like faster energy regeneration or higher energy caps, letting them run more dungeons per day compared to free players. If you're serious about farming, a subscription can be a solid investment.
