Before you can grab the top-tier gear, you need to hit level 45, the cap for early-game progression. To make this happen, focus on the following:
Stick to the main storyline by completing Episode Quests marked with a yellow icon. These quests will provide essential experience and starting gear, so they're your top priority as you level up.
When you hit a level plateau, run Sealed Dungeons and Strongholds. These side activities drop upgrade materials, such as Devenian Crystals and Enhancement Stones, which will help you improve your gear before tackling tougher content.
