Ruckus: Grants a 10% chance for your Maps to contain 20 additional Rogue Exiles. This is the cornerstone of any "exile-bomb" strategy.
Exiled Will: Rogue Exiles in your Maps have a 100% chance to be possessed by a Tormented Spirit. This significantly increases their loot drops but also their lethality.
Vile Arrogance: Increases the chance for Rogue Exiles to drop additional rewards like currency, jewelry, or gems.
