PoE Breach Atlas Tree 3.28

In Path of Exile 3.28 (Mirage League), the Atlas Passive Tree for Breach has been significantly reworked as the mechanic officially goes "core" with new systems and rewards.

1	Adaptive Reaction	Notable	Flammable Burrows in your Maps have 100% increased Explosion Radius Hive Monsters in your Maps have 4% increased Toughness per Flammable Burrow destroyed Hive Encounters in your Maps grant 2% increased Hiveblood and Wombgifts per Flammable Burrow destroyed (The higher toughness a monster has, the less damage it takes. A monster with 100% increased Toughness takes 50% less damage, a monster with 200% increased toughness takes 67% less damage, and so on. Reduced toughness causes monsters to take more damage)

Key Changes in 3.28

Multiple Modes: Breach can now be played in different "modes" (e.g., Unstable Breach or Hive farming), allowing you to tailor your strategy.
New Clusters: Several new Breach clusters have been added to the Atlas Tree.
Reward Rework: The Breach reward "tree" no longer generates rare weapons or quivers but can still produce Foulborn unique weapons.
Fortress Mechanic: Accessing the "Fortress" now requires investment through specific Atlas nodes or scarabs; it is no longer a guaranteed part of the encounter.
Investment Cost: Unlike in 3.27, Breach is no longer "free." To make it profitable, you must invest points into the Atlas tree and use Breach Scarabs.
