Key Betrayal Atlas Changes in 3.28

Pillage and Plunder Notable: This node has been reworked. It now grants Veiled Items dropped by Syndicate Members a 5% chance to drop with a Fractured Veiled Modifier. It no longer provides increased Rarity based on member equipment.
The Straight and Narrow: This passive has been reinstated in the Atlas tree for Standard Leagues.
Intelligence & Ranking: The tree continues to feature nodes that allow Syndicate members to rank up two levels at once (up to rank 3) through the Execute option.

Recommended 3.28 Betrayal Strategy

Early Progression: Many players are pathing into Betrayal early to use Gold for gambling upgrades until reaching red maps (around level 90).
Notable Passive Clusters: Intelligence Gathering: Vital for passive safehouse progression while running maps. Focused Investigation: Increases the chance for specific Syndicate encounters. Test of Loyalty: Essential for ranking up members quickly to maximize rewards.
Endgame Synergy: In the late game, Betrayal is often paired with Essence, Expedition, or Harvest for consistent crafting materials.
