Featuring brand-new reward cars, an exclusive Italian Passion Car Pack, gameplay improvements, leaderboard resets, fresh EventLab assets, and exciting Festival Playlist rewards, this update delivers something for racers, collectors, and creators alike.
Whether you’re chasing rare Ferraris, unlocking new Lamborghinis, or simply expanding your garage, here’s everything arriving with the Italian Exotics update.
The update rolls out in two stages:
| Event | Date & Time (UTC) |
|---|---|
| Game Update Available | July 13, 5:00 PM |
| Italian Passion Car Pack Unlocks | July 14, 3:00 PM |
| Italian Exotics Festival Playlist Begins | July 16, 2:30 PM |
Players who own the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition receive the Italian Passion Car Pack automatically, while everyone else can purchase it separately through Microsoft Store or Steam.

This update focuses heavily on improving online fairness and overall gameplay quality.
Corner-entry AI behavior has been adjusted to reduce excessive collisions, making races feel cleaner and more competitive.
Several bugs affecting progression have been resolved, including:
· LINK Clean Sweep Skill now counts correctly.
· Various achievement tracking issues have been fixed.
The Auction House now removes price caps for vehicles that cannot be purchased directly from the Autoshow, allowing the community-driven economy to determine market value.
Developers have patched several major exploits, including:
· AFK Auto Drive XP farming
· Credit farming methods
· Skill Point farming through Estates
· Eliminator exploits that prevented head-to-head races
These fixes create a healthier multiplayer environment while preserving long-term progression.
One of the biggest changes in the update is a complete reset of all Rivals Leaderboards.
According to the developers, numerous unrealistic lap times were achieved through physics exploits and glitches, including methods involving Drag Tires before the June physics rebalance.
Fortunately:
· Collection Journal rewards remain unlocked.
· Legitimate Rivals completion is preserved.
· Future leaderboards should be significantly cleaner.
The team also confirmed that PR Stunt leaderboards may receive a similar reset after additional exploit fixes are implemented.
The highlight of the update is undoubtedly the new Italian Passion Car Pack, introducing four beautiful Italian machines.

The next seasonal update, Horizon Mascot Party, will introduce additional themed events, new vehicles, an Evolving World Time Attack Circuit, and more Japanese-inspired activities. Combined with the extensive car roster, improved gameplay balance, and fresh progression systems introduced in Italian Exotics, the game continues to expand with meaningful content for both casual drivers and dedicated collectors.
