The Corrupted Kitsune is a prismatic-tier pet in Grow A Garden, which was introduced during the second part of the Zen Event. Unlike the regular Kitsune, the Corrupted Kitsune is a distinct pet, with unique traits and abilities, making it a prized addition to any player's collection.
Appearance
The Corrupted Kitsune's design is a dramatic inversion of the regular Kitsune's look, giving it a strikingly different aesthetic. Its colors and features are designed to reflect its corrupted nature, setting it apart from other pets in the game.
Traits and Abilities
The Corrupted Kitsune's most notable ability is its power to launch cursed energy at 9 different fruits every 20:53 minutes. Each fruit has a 20.35% chance to mutate with the Corrupt Chakra, but there is a very rare chance that it will mutate with Corrupt Foxfire Chakra. These mutations offer different multipliers:
- Corrupt Chakra: 15x multiplier
- Corrupt Foxfire Chakra: 90x multiplier (extremely rare)
As the Corrupted Kitsune ages, the chances of successful mutations increase, and the cooldown time between its launches decreases, making it even more powerful as it grows.
Obtaining the Corrupted Kitsune
This prismatic pet can be obtained through the following methods:
- Corrupt Chest: 1% hatch chance
- Exotic Corrupt Chest: 1% hatch chance
- Rainbow Sack: 7% hatch chance
Both the Corrupt Chest and the Exotic Corrupt Chest are key sources for obtaining this pet, but the chances remain low, making the Corrupted Kitsune a rare and highly sought-after pet.
Passive Ability - Nine-Tailed Curse
The Corrupted Kitsune's passive ability, Nine-Tailed Curse, activates every 20:56 minutes. It launches cursed energy at 9 fruits, with each fruit having a 20.24% chance to mutate with Corrupt Chakra. Like its active ability, there's a rare chance for Corrupt Foxfire Chakra to be triggered, making it even more valuable.
If you're looking to enhance your pet collection and boost your gameplay with rare and valuable mutations, the Corrupted Kitsune is an excellent addition to your roster. You can also buy Grow A Garden items online to increase your chances of obtaining this extraordinary pet!
Hunger
The Corrupted Kitsune has a hunger value of 50,000, which requires players to regularly feed it to maintain its effectiveness in the game.
