Do not worry about being underpowered if you are a lower level. All major weapon and Stratagem unlocks are usually completed around level 25. Anything you earn beyond that is purely for titles, badges, and prestige.

Personal Campaign Progression tracks are a new feature designed to give you individual rewards during larger community battles. They replace the old Personal Orders system and run alongside the new multi-week Galactic War Campaigns.

Every time Super Earth launches a massive Galactic War Campaign (which lasts one to three weeks), a matching Personal Campaign Progression track will open up just for you. Instead of everyone fighting for one giant community goal, you get a personal reward path tied directly to that specific event.
The biggest benefit is that your hard work will not go to waste. In the past, if the community failed a Major Order, you walked away with nothing. With the new tracks, you still earn rewards for your personal efforts even if the wider player base loses the overall campaign.
Old Personal Orders often forced players to break away from their squad's plan just to chase specific daily tasks. These new tracks aim to keep squads together. You can progress your track by doing your part in the main war effort, so you can focus on winning the mission rather than hunting for random kills.
