Continue ShoppingRaiders, the time has come! The second wave of expeditions is almost here. Get ready to embark on a new journey beyond the Rust Belt, exploring new challenges and rewards in Arc Raiders.
Raiders can sign up for Expedition 2 starting February 25th, with the departure scheduled for March 1st. This is your chance to start fresh with a new Raider and gain extra buffs and bonuses to aid you in your next adventure.
Before heading out, it's important to know the requirements to make the most of this new Expedition:
Based on player feedback, the Stash value required for maximum rewards has been reduced to 3 million Coins (600k per Skill Point). Previously, this requirement was too high for some players, so this change allows more Raiders to reach the desired rewards. You'll still earn 5 Skill Points for reaching the 3 million Stash value.
For Raiders who didn't manage to collect enough Coins during the first Expedition, a new Skill Point catch-up system will be in place. This system allows you to claim the missed Skill Points from the first Expedition. The catch-up points will be heavily discounted, which makes it easier for players to catch up on their missed rewards.
For Expedition 2, players will need to gather 300k Stash value per missing Skill Point from the first Expedition. Coins gathered during Expedition 2 will first contribute to filling the missing Skill Points from the first Expedition before adding towards the second Expedition's Skill Points.
There are several important changes in Expedition 2, which include updates to rewards, bonuses, and cosmetic additions:
If you are joining the Expedition for the first time, you will receive rewards from the first Expedition. This means you'll be able to catch up on the rewards you might have missed during Expedition 1.
Raiders continuing their journey in Expedition 2 will get more Stash space and Skill Points. If you've already earned permanent bonuses in the previous Expedition, don't worry. These bonuses will carry over, so you won't lose any progress.
New cosmetic items will be introduced too! The Patchwork outfit will now have four additional toggles and two new color options for those joining the second Expedition. Plus, a new "Scrappy" outfit will be available for Expedition 2 participants.
Players who continue to depart on consecutive Expeditions will receive stackable buffs, which will help improve your gameplay and rewards. However, if you decide not to continue, the buffs will reset for future expeditions.
