How to Auto Farm in Aion 2?

Aion 2 does not have a true built-in auto-battle or AFK farming system like many mobile MMOs. Your character will not run around killing enemies completely on its own. However, experienced players have already found ways to semi-automate grinding by using the official in-game macro system together with auto-target settings.

This setup is mostly used for stationary farming spots where enemies constantly respawn nearby. It is not fully AFK, but it can reduce repetitive button pressing while farming Kinah, materials, or EXP.

How Auto Farming Works in Aion 2

The core idea is simple:

  • Your character automatically targets nearby enemies.
  • A macro repeatedly activates attack skills.
  • You hold or spam one activation key while multitasking.

Many players combine this with gaming mouse software or programmable buttons to make grinding less tiring.

Aion 2 Manastone

Step 1 – Enable Auto-Target

Before macros work properly, you need the game to automatically select enemies.

How to Enable It

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Find the Combat or Targeting section.
  4. Turn on Auto-Target.

Once enabled, your character will automatically lock onto the nearest enemy whenever an attack is triggered.

This is the most important part of the setup. Without it, your macro will stop after every kill because no new target gets selected.

Step 2 – Create a Farming Macro

Now build the actual combat loop.

How to Make a Macro

  1. Open the Skill menu.
  2. Enter the Macro section.
  3. Choose your farming skills.
  4. Set repetitions and delays.

Most players use:

  • One fast cooldown attack skill
  • One basic DPS or AoE skill
  • Auto-attacks between skills

The system supports up to 20 repetitions.

Recommended Delay Timing

A good starting point is:

Ping QualityRecommended Delay
Low Ping50ms
Medium Ping70–100ms
High Ping120ms+

If your delay is too low, skills may fail to activate properly.

Step 3 – Bind the Macro Key

After creating the macro:

  1. Open Settings → Key Bindings → General
  2. Find Macro Activation
  3. Assign it to a keyboard key or mouse button

Most grinders bind this to:

  • Side mouse buttons
  • Scroll wheel clicks
  • Gaming mouse repeat buttons

Then head to a dense farming area and hold the activation key while your character cycles through enemies automatically.

Once your macro key is properly bound, farming in Aion 2 becomes much smoother, especially when paired with a good grinding spot and a reliable gaming mouse setup. Many experienced players use side mouse buttons or repeat-click functions to maintain long farming sessions while collecting materials, gear, and valuable currency more efficiently. Of course, upgrading equipment and maintaining consumables still requires plenty of Kinah, which is why many players turn to U4N for cheap Aion 2 kinah when they want to save time and stay focused on progression instead of endless grinding.

Best Classes for Semi-AFK Farming

Some classes work much better than others.

ClassWhy It Works Well
RangerHigh ranged DPS and efficient stationary farming
SorcererStrong AoE damage for grouped mobs
GladiatorDurable and easy to sustain
SpiritmasterGood passive farming potential with summons

Why Ranger Is Popular

Rangers are currently considered one of the strongest farming classes because they:

  • Kill enemies quickly
  • Rarely need to move
  • Can clear respawn zones efficiently
  • Have strong single-target DPS

For stationary grinding, ranged classes usually outperform melee builds.

Loot Settings Matter

Killing mobs automatically is only half the process. Loot management is equally important.

Recommended Loot Setup

Turn on:

  • Auto-Loot
  • High-tier item priority
  • Blue+ rarity filters

Avoid picking up:

  • Grey junk items
  • Low-value trash materials

This helps prevent your inventory from filling too quickly during long farming sessions.

AFK Crafting for Passive Kinah

Combat farming is not the only option.

Many players make passive Kinah through AFK crafting.

Basic AFK Crafting Loop

  1. Buy cheap raw materials from the market
  2. Craft normal or superior items
  3. Sell upgraded products back on the marketplace

Popular crafting targets include:

  • Mana Stones
  • Enhancement materials
  • Consumables
  • Upgrade components

This method is slower than mob grinding but much safer.

Important Risks and Warnings

Macro farming exists in a grey area.

Using the official macro system is generally considered acceptable, but fully automated third-party botting is risky.

Things That Can Get You Banned

  • Background automation software
  • Full AFK movement bots
  • Scripted pathing programs
  • Hardware abuse for permanent input looping

The developers actively monitor suspicious behavior.

Some players have also reported reduced loot efficiency after staying in one location too long without movement.

Tips for Safe Farming

Stay Near Your PC

Do not leave your character unattended for hours.

Move Occasionally

Changing position helps avoid anti-AFK detection systems.

Use Simple Macros

Keep your setup realistic and human-like.

Watch Respawn Patterns

Bad positioning can get your character overwhelmed while multitasking.

Semi-auto farming in Aion 2 is more about reducing repetitive grinding than creating a true AFK bot. With the right auto-target settings, efficient macros, and smart loot filters, you can farm mobs much more comfortably while still staying within safer limits. Rangers and other ranged DPS classes currently perform best for stationary grinding, while AFK crafting remains one of the safest passive Kinah methods for long-term profit.
