To complete the Tyrannical Tiers PoE 3.28 challenge, you must reach a total of 8,000 Map Tiers by completing maps. This is a cumulative grind that tracks the tier of every map you finish.

Understanding the Requirements

• Total Tiers: 8,000.
• Optimal Farming: If you only run Tier 16 maps, you need to complete roughly 500 maps (8000/16=500).
• Completion: The maps must be completed (usually killing the map boss) to count toward the total.

Strategy to Complete 8,000 Tiers

To complete this efficiently, focus on speed-clearing high-tier maps rather than maximizing profit per map.

• Map Selection (Favoring): Use the Atlas Favoring system to pick fast, open maps. Dunes (open layout, easy boss) and Mesa are highly recommended for speed.
• Run High Tiers: Stick to Tier 14-16 maps to maximize the tier count per map completed.
• Map Juice: Use basic juice to sustain map drops (e.g., Alch-and-go or simple Scarabs).
• 8-Mod Maps: If you can handle them, running 8-mod corrupted maps provides high pack density, allowing you to sustain your map pool while completing the challenge.
• Atlas Passives: Allocate points that increase map drops, map tiers, and pack size. Specifically, look for nodes that offer a chance for maps to drop one tier higher.
