MLB The Show 26 introduces an exciting seasonal event called the Egg Hunt, where players can collect colorful eggs to earn amazing rewards like 90 OVR Diamond players. These players include stars like James Wood and Rafael Devers. Completing these challenges may seem tricky, but with the right strategy, you can finish quickly and efficiently. Here are 10 essential tips to help you get through the Egg Hunt Program in no time!

10 Tips for Completing the MLB The Show 26 Egg Hunt Program

1. Knock Out the 4 Moments First

Start with the 4 Egg Hunt Moments. Completing these will reward you with the Orange Egg and 10 program points. These Moments include tasks featuring Tyler Rogers, Phil Rizzuto, Troy Tulowitzki, and Jackson Merrill. They are relatively simple and will give you a good head start on collecting the eggs.

2. Stack Your Conquest Lineup

When you're playing the Egg Map Conquest, make sure to stack your lineup with players tied to specific missions. This way, you can knock out multiple mystery missions at once. Key players to use include Troy Tulowitzki, Nolan Arenado, Nolan Gorman, Juan Yepez, Dylan Carlson, Clay Holmes, and Kerry Wood. With these players in your lineup, you'll be able to earn rewards much faster while completing your missions.

3. Solve the "Back-to-Back" Missions in One Game

The "Back-to-Back" missions are a set of four challenges that require you to get an extra-base hit (XBH) with specific players: Nolan Arenado, Nolan Gorman, Juan Yepez, and Dylan Carlson. To complete this mission efficiently, put all four players in the top of your lineup and face a CPU opponent on Rookie difficulty. You should be able to complete the task in just one game.

4. Win with Kerry Wood and Clay Holmes

Both the "I'm Blue" (Kerry Wood) and "Wait a Third..." (Gold Clay Holmes) missions require you to win a game using these pitchers. To do this quickly, pitch them in a 3-inning Conquest game. This method will help you clear both missions without much effort, so be sure to get these wins out of the way early.

5. Use the "Cheat" for AJ Puk

If you don't have AJ Puk's card, don't worry! For the “Whoops” mission, you just need to pitch one inning with him. The easiest way to do this is by drafting him in a Battle Royale (BR) round, pitching one inning, and then quitting the game if needed. This way, you can get the mission done without even finishing the match.

6. Maximize Mini Seasons for PXP

To complete the "Customizable Mini Seasons Length" mission, you need to earn 500 PXP in Mini Seasons with players wearing jersey numbers #7 or #28. Some of the best options for this include Craig Biggio, Ivan Rodriguez, Joe Mauer, and Corey Kluber. Focus on completing Mini Seasons with these players, and you'll hit your PXP goal in no time.

7. Conquer the Egg Map

The Egg Map Conquest is a big part of the Egg Hunt Program. To earn the Blue Egg, you need to capture all the territories. The Yellow Egg is rewarded for taking all Strongholds on the special Conquest map. These objectives might take some time, but they are essential for completing your Egg Hunt challenges.

8. Complete Diamond Quest for Epic Rewards

The Pink and Purple Eggs are tied to the Egg Hunt Diamond Quest. To solve the "KYLE TEST" riddle, you'll need to hit a home run with a player named Kyle (like Kyle Schwarber) while in the Diamond Quest mode. Completing these challenges will net you valuable rewards and bring you closer to the grand prizes.

9. Play Multiplayer for Red and Green Eggs

The Red and Green Eggs are the only requirements that involve multiplayer. For the Red Egg, you need to steal 3 bases, while the Green Egg requires you to hit 10 doubles. These missions can be completed in any multiplayer mode, such as Ranked Seasons, Events, or Battle Royale. However, these multiplayer missions can take a bit longer, so focus on getting them done alongside other objectives.

10. Use Events for Easier Online Stats

If you find the multiplayer challenges a bit tough, play Events instead of Ranked Seasons. Event games are shorter (only 3 innings) and often have less intense competition. This makes it easier to rack up doubles and stolen bases without too much pressure. Take advantage of the Events mode to hit your Red and Green Egg goals more efficiently.
