PoE Quest Rewards Changes 3.28

These 3.28 changes mainly improve early access to new Holy-themed and support gems, especially for the Templar. The Scion also gains broader purchasing options across Acts 1–3, giving her more flexibility in early build planning.

Templar players, in particular, now receive a clearer progression path for Holy and Light-based skills directly through quest rewards rather than relying on vendors later.
