I. New Gameplay and Content

Seasonal Mechanic: Outlaw

As Torchlight: Infinite's SS9 season "Outlaw" rolls out, players can dive into thrilling new features like Carjack missions, TOWER Supply Caches, Black Market Bounties, and high-stakes gambling systems via Hot Streak. Whether you're chasing bodyguards or wagering your fate and gear, this season is all about risk and reward. New System: TOWER Sequence Crafting

We're introducing TOWER Sequences, a powerful new system for non-Legendary Weapons and Shields.

Through the Outlaw seasonal gameplay, you can obtain special supplies called "Mods." These can be used to add powerful "TOWER Sequence" affixes to your non-Legendary weapons. These provide not only rich stats but also build-defining mechanics, some of which replicate effects from iconic Legendary gear.

45Baptism of Purity

In [Realm of Mercury], select the enemy with the highest rarity that the player has damaged, and record 15/25/35/45/55% of the player's recent non-channeled attack hit elemental damage against it. Every 0.5 seconds, perform [Mercury Baptism] on all enemies within the realm and gain 5 Mercury value

[Mercury Baptism] applies an Elemental Ailment of the same type as the recorded highest damage type. When the recorded highest damage type is Fire, applies [Scorch]; for Lightning, applies two stacks of [Numbed]; for Cold, applies [Frostbite] and 20 Frostbite Rating

[Mercury Baptism]: Deals true damage to all enemies in the realm based on the damage recorded by Realm of Mercury, and clears the record

[Scorch]: Special ignite status that deals 10 persistent Fire Damage; reduces all resistances by 25%, with a fixed duration of 4 seconds

While [Realm of Mercury] exists, 25% of damage is prioritized to deplete mana first

For every 1000 Max Mana, gain additional +3/3.5/4/4.5/5% Elemental Damage, up to +60/70/80/90/100%

Boundless Sanctuary

We felt that Barrage-related affixes were overperforming, so we're making some targeted adjustments.

We've also added and adjusted a wide range of affixes to increase build diversity:

We've overhauled the Talent system to provide more freedom and meaningful choices.

A significant number of Main Talents have been added, removed, or reworked. For example:

Skill Adjustments

And the following specific adjustments:

       Mana Sealed by the supported skill has been reduced from 20% → 10%.

       The damage scaling per 100 Mana sealed remains +1%, but the maximum Additional Damage cap has been reduced from (80-88)% → (62-67)%.

       The Additional Steep Strike Damage gained per +1% Steep Strike Chance has been increased from 1.03%-1.1% (T0) → 1.30%-1.50% (T0).

       T1 and T2 values have been adjusted accordingly.

       The Cast Speed bonus and general Additional Damage bonus from this support skill no longer apply to the additional damage from Batter.

       Now, when casting the supported skill, each Terra Charge consumed will trigger an additional high-damage Batter hit. These hits trigger with a 0.3-second interval between them.
